Meet your EO

I have been a part-time EO for the Interior Alaska Building Association since 2020. I entered into this position right as our community was experiencing a pandemic. Ever looking forward- I am excited to be part of such a dynamic organization that has a generous group of members and a fantastic Board of Directors.

My Story

I am a lifelong Alaskan. My grandfather, father and uncle were all part of the UA Local 375 Plumbers & Pipefitters union and helped build the Alaska Pipeline. I am a graduate of the University of Alaska Fairbanks with a Bachelor's degree in psychology and a drafting certificate from the UAF Community Technical College. I am co owner of Ventilation Solutions with my husband Richard Musick (also a lifelong Alaskan). We have been IABA members for over 20 years. Richard and I both spent many years coaching and managing sports for our two boys. When I am not in the office you can find me at the gym. I truly love our community and have a heart for small business owners.
