Parade of Dog Houses

This is a community outreach event with local shop classes participating in a "dog" friendly competition. Finished dog houses will be showcased at the IABA Home Show in March.

The Parade of Dog Houses was a HUGE success! With the help of our sponsors and the community we were able to bring in $15,000 for the school shop classes!

Competition Winner

The winner of this award received a prize of $1500 sponsored and presented by

Mt. McKinley Bank to be used by their shop class. Winner was determined by the highest green tickets in bucket.

People's Choice Award Winner

The winner of this award received a prize sponsored and presented by AIH- Alaska Industrial Hardware. The winner of this award was chosen by Home Show attendees that voted for their favorite dog house.
